We have three apartments in our farm holidays where our guests can spend their holidays peacefully in the country side of Maremma. Each apartment can accommodate max four adults; if you need, two of them can communicate. Opposite to the apartments there is a common canopy.

Two-roomed apartment comprising 1 living room with kitchen area, 1 double bedroom and bathroom.
"IL CARBONAIO" apartment:
One-roomed apartment with bathroom; or two-roomed apartment.
"L'ARMIGERO" apartment:
Three-roomed apartment comprising 1 living room with kitchen area and sofa-bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom; or two-roomed apartment.
The weekly rate includes water, electricity, gas, kitchen utensils, bed linen, towels, outdoor area equipped with table and chairs, clothes drying rack and barbecue. Environmentally-friendly washing-up liquid and an all-purpose cleaner are also provided.
There is no charge for babies under the age of 2 who sleep in a cot.
Children under 12 years old: 70,00 euro per week.
A typical week goes from Saturday, 4 p.m. to the following Saturday up until 10 a.m., unless otherwise agreed.
